Of the original 13 founder-members of DTL, two companies are still shareholders: Barth + Co Speditions GmbH & Co. KG and Meyer & Meyer Holding GmbH & Co. KG.

Both are internationally active, highly renowned, owner-managed companies that have been operating since the 1950s in the transport of clothing and textiles and which have since taken on key logistics-related roles.

The expertise and skills of these two traditional companies are combined within DTL to the customer’s benefit.

Of the total of 17 sites and depots within Germany, three are currently operated by Meyer & Meyer, two by Barth + Co., and a further one by Meyer & Meyer and Barth + Co acting jointly. Eight sites are operated by independent franchisees, and three belong to Meyer & Meyer directly. DTL GmbH headquarters in Dieburg coordinates all activities involving sites and depots.
