Is everything done according to standards? Is it actually possible to standardise quality?
In 1993, DTL was the first textile logistics company to be awarded DIN ISO 9002 certification and, in 1996, the first to gain both DIN ISO 9001 and 9002 certificates.
In May 2001, DTL’s existing certification was renewed on the basis of the new standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000. This certificate, which was – and continues to be – the result of our efforts to ensure top quality, is a vital qualification for any competitive transport or logistics company. Thanks to this certification, the customer can be sure that a suitable quality management system is in force. The role of quality management is to act as the “customer’s advocate” within the company, thereby ensuring that the right balance is maintained between observance of the rules and room for creativity.

Please click on “Opt-out customer” for details of the risks of opting out of TVS.
